While most online stores keep your payment information in their database, our payment database deletes this information when order processing is completed.

Packages will be shipped using UPS.

BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS..

ALWAYS ALLOW ONE EXTRA BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING AFTER A HOLIDAY OR A SALE.

WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON SUNDAYS

 INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If a package is returned to ABOVE ALL SKINCARE PRODUCTS LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. ABOVE ALL SKINCARE PRODUCTS LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

ABOVE ALL SKINCARE PRODUCTS LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, ABOVE ALL SKINCARE PRODUCTS LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

WE USE STANDARD SHIPPING WHICH RANGES FROM 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.

 RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Thank you for your purchase with us at aboveallskincare.com. We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped we can however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.

 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Damaged or defective products may be returned. Email us at aboveallskincare@outlook.com.  Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.
